Dr. H. Raden Agung Laksono is a senior Indonesian statesman with decades of experience in politics and government. He began his career in the youth wing of the Golkar Party and rose to national prominence as Minister of Youth and Sports under President Suharto. He later served as Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) from 2004 to 2009 and was appointed Coordinating Minister for People’s Welfare from 2009 to 2014 during President Yudhoyono’s administration. In addition to his ministerial roles, Dr. Laksono held acting positions as Minister of Youth and Sports and Minister of Religious Affairs. Since 2019, he has served as a member of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres), reflecting his continued influence in national policy-making.

Drs. Djauhari Oratmangun is a seasoned diplomat who has served in various high-profile international roles. His early career included representing Indonesia at the United Nations in New York. He later served as Indonesia’s Ambassador to Russia and Belarus (2012–2016), and currently holds the position of Ambassador to China and Mongolia. Throughout his diplomatic service, he has actively promoted economic cooperation, investment, and digital partnerships between Indonesia and its partner countries, especially in the areas of sustainable development and innovation.

Syamsul Bachri, M.Sc is an academic expert in geography and environmental sciences. He holds degrees from Universitas Gadjah Mada, the Asian Institute of Technology, and the University of Innsbruck. As a lecturer at Universitas Negeri Malang, he has conducted extensive research in flood risk, spatial analysis, and disaster resilience. He has published over 130 scientific articles and is recognized for his work in applying GIS and remote sensing to natural disaster management and environmental planning across Indonesia.

Major General (Ret.) Dr. Tahan Samuel Lumban Toruan is a retired Indonesian Army officer with expertise in defense and national resilience. He served as Assistant Deputy for International Strategic Affairs at the National Resilience Council (Wantannas), where he focused on geopolitical and security strategies. Following his military career, he transitioned into academia and became a lecturer at the Indonesian Defense University, contributing to research on military governance, disaster response, and strategic policy.

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Dr. Tahan Samuel Lumban Toruan

Commissioner General (Ret.) Drs. Paulus Waterpauw is a high-ranking police officer from Papua who has held several key leadership roles in the Indonesian National Police. He served as Police Chief in Mimika, Jayapura, North Sumatra, and later as Head of the Intelligence and Security Agency (Baintelkam Polri). He was appointed as Acting Governor of West Papua from 2022 to 2023 and later served at the National Border Management Agency (BNPP). Known for his strong commitment to public service and regional security, he is one of the most prominent Papuan figures in national law enforcement.
